Lab in a Lorry
Paible secondary as well as primary 7 pupils from Lochmaddy, Carinish and Paible enjoyed a unique science experience when Lab in a Lorry visited the school. QinetiQ brought their mobile lab to show pupils how science can be fun.

In the lab, pupils had the opportunity to experiment to show how to drill for oil, demonstrate how a glass vibrates from the effect of sound and they had to test the strength of everyday materials such as paper.

That looks interesting!!
